Các sếp đầu tư tech nhiều, tool nhiều, có cơ hội học hỏi. Môi trường thân thiện. Cty Việt Nam nhưng benefits cũng khá ổn, lương tầm trung thị trường
Ko có pay cho OT, nhưng công việc ko quá gắt, tự sắp xếp

Nên có lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng hơn cho nhân viên
