A good place for everyone want to improve and go further in the career path

What I liked:
I really appreciate the chance to work here as the first technology company I joined. I improved a lot of professional skills and soft skills when working at 8seneca, from how to apply the problem solving method to team work with more than 10 people in a single project. Besides that, BOD really cares about the employees physical and mental health, we got the healthcare check and company trip once a year, weekly sport activities and pantry space for many bonding activities such as Happy Friday, Birthday party, etc...
I loves the environment here when everything works transparently and everyone can easily to reachout to helping each other. Moreover, 8seneca encourage everyone learn from other through biweekly Friday sharing session about Technology and Finance or even enhance knowledge through Coursera and Udemy 8seneca's education account.
Overtime is not a mandatory as usual until I have additional work to finish but it works with me when I can have days off later or paid more
Suggestions for improvement:
We have two meeting room and it'll be great if we have more to arrange more than 2 meeting at the same time.
That will be great if 8seneca can have L&D as priority in standard way to support everyone can develop the skills based on their career path instead of randomly sessions at Friday
