Job description
As a Workplace and IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Provide statistical reports on IT projects and service desk tickets.
- Manage and support end-user devices, ensuring proper configuration and security.
- Assist end-users with hardware and software issues.
- Help design project plans, coordinate UAT, and implement solutions.
- Provide feedback on IT workplace service delivery projects and changes.
- Contribute to the Knowledge Database and deliver training sessions.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve incidents and negative trends.
- Drive continuous improvements in your area of expertise while aligning with Group practices
- Perform additional IT tasks as assigned.
Your skills and experience
Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience in helpdesk/Azure/O365/workplace engineering.
- Must have experience with InTune, Azure, and Office 365 environments.
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft AZ-104, MD-102, Cisco, CompTIA).
- Skills in automation tools such as PowerShell and scripting.
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Strong project management skills.
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in technical writing and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills in English
