UI - UX Designer

Job description

1. Responsible for designing interfaces for digital products across Website, Mobile App, and IoT platforms.
2. Analyze user needs and propose appropriate UI/UX design ideas.
3. Conduct Competitor Research to suggest improvements and create a competitive advantage for the product.
4. Design icons, logos, banners, and illustrations for application interfaces.
5. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts (BA), Developers, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to develop UI/UX design strategies, enhance product quality, and optimize user experience.
6. Conduct usability testing and evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions before and after implementation.
7. Work with the Content and Marketing teams to design communication materials for various media channels.
8. Perform other design-related tasks as assigned.

Your skills and experience

Education and Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Design, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Understanding of design principles for web and mobile platforms.
• Possesses a creative design style while ensuring consistency and adherence to UI/UX best practices.
• Passionate about design, highly creative, with a strong sense of aesthetics and the ability to develop unique visual concepts.
• Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and proactive in work

Experience

1. At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or participation in multiple projects as a UI/UX Designer.
2. Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, including Typography, Color, Icons, Strong virtualization
3. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
4. Practical experience in designing multiple websites and mobile apps.
5. Knowledge/experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
