We have a passion for technology, customer commitment, and innovation. Right now, we are seeking a Software Test Lead to become a key part of our Education Transportation Framework team. Our ideal candidate will be working with our Developers, Engineers, and Test Engineers to manage, develop and execute manual & automation tests to ensure product quality. Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Software Test Engineers to specify, design, implement, and evolve our manual & automated test framework to achieve higher test throughput with increased accessibility and test execution flexibility
• Conduct performance review, evaluate training and development
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Develop and apply testing strategies and processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics
• Conducting system diagnostic analysis and troubleshooting to identify areas for continuous improvements and resolve complex software issues
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in testing & managing/leading teams
• Experience working with automation framework and automated test
• Fluent in object-oriented programming with a minimum of 2 years of use of OO languages such as Java, C/C++
• Excellent knowledge of QET/QA methodology & software development processes (Agile, Scrum)
• Extensive experience with various types of testing including unit, component, integration, system, performance, user acceptance, reliability, usability, and exploratory testing
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English
