Job description

VireoHealth is a US-based publicly-listed (CSE:VREO) 1B+ valuation profitable company with 400M+ in annual revenues as one of the leaders in the pharmaceutical space. We are building an AI first org with a solid internal AI platform connecting data, insights and AI agents to all our teams. Despite our size, we have a startup culture (small teams) and you will report to C-level executive based in Saigon with multiple startup exits. We see delivery, analytics and an AI-first organization as critical to this mission. 
 

About the Role

We are seeking a full stack software engineer keen on working with LLM platforms and focused on fast prototyping to drive the development of AI-powered solutions and products within the enterprise. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product engineering, building 0 to 1 product. Experience and passion for AI products, RAG and chat interfaces is a plus. Candidate will work with a top tier team to build internal tools that deliver incredible value using LLMs.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly design & launch AI Solutions and prototypes: Rapidly iterate and prototype internal AI deployments for a company to drive up to $30M in value, including customer service tools, internal analytics, and AI-driven workflows. 
• Enterprise Integration: Develop and maintain AI-powered frontend applications with a focus on usability and performance, collaborate with backend engineers and data scientists to integrate AI models into the frontend.
• AI Model Implementation: Some understanding of fine-tuning LLMs for various enterprise applications, leveraging retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and data pipelines. 
• Product Development & Rapid Iteration: Quickly prototype and test AI solutions, refining them based on user feedback and business needs. 

Best Practices & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML products and advancements to continuously explore internal AI products that might be relevant to the business. Implement A/B testing and analytics to measure AI-driven user experience improvements, observability and usage. 

Your skills and experience

• 5-9 years of experience in full stack software engineering, with a strong focus on product development. 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, Next.js, etc.) to build dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
• Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions and products
• Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil for React; Pinia or Vuex for Vue).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and other API technologies.
• Experience with performance optimization and security best practices in frontend applications.
• Experience in testing AI-driven applications (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Jest).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices for AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, or LangChain. 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Chart) for deployment.
• Familiarity with enterprise data integration, including working with databases like PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or Elastic search.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB) for AI applications.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, and ETL workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills, AI-first thinking and the ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions - experience using AI for coding.
• Excellent communication skills, in English, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
