Job description

This position is for Senior Fullstack Developer (NodeJS, ReactJS) to join our CodeHQ Vietnam team in HCMC (Quan 12). 

The initial project will be for CodeHQ’s client who is a property rental SaaS provider in New Zealand. You will be working on a web application that will require strong NodeJS and ReactJS skills.  Experience with cloud technologies will also be advantageous. 

Your skills and experience

Essential dev skills:

• 5+ years Reactjs, NodeJS, Typescript
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
• CI/CD pipelines
• Relational and No SQL Databases, Mongo, Postgres, and/or DynamoDB
• Unit and Integration Testing
• APIs
• Good understanding of the Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Preferred dev skills:

• Knowledge of authentication and security best practices (OAuth, JWT, Identity Server).
• Experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience with payment solutions, like credit card payments.

Essential soft skills:

• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written. IELTS certification preferred.
• Strong team player, positive attitude, and professionalism.
• 5+ years’ practical experience in designing, developing and delivering commercial software applications
• Experience with working with overseas customers.
