Senior System Development Engineer (DevOps/Python)

Job description

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Development Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of not only cloud infrastructure services but also CDN, payment systems on a large scale. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud platforms. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, tune, and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure services 
• Collaborate with software development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud services. 
• Implement best practices for infrastructure as code, automation, and continuous deployment. 
• Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and reliability of cloud services. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, physical servers, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on users. 
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement measures to protect cloud services from vulnerabilities and threats. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and techniques. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure and related processes. 

Additional Responsibilities: 

• Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the testing, building, and deployment of applications
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD tools and practices into the development workflow. 
• Monitor and maintain the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment processes. 

Your skills and experience

1. Work Experience： Minimum of 5 years of experience in system development and cloud infrastructure. 
2. Educational： Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 
3. Field of study: IT, Software Development 
4. Languages: Vietnamese, English 
5. Skills: 

• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). 
• Familiar with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. 
• In-depth understanding of Internet systems, networking, DNS, HTTP, and reverse proxy. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Additional Requirements 

As a plus: 

• Experience with medium/large traffic systems 
• Understanding Networking 
• Strong understanding of any kind of CDN Services like Cloudflare, Cloudfront, Akamai
