Job description
- Be the main contact point for any SWAT support.
- Proactively monitor, plan and arrange the work assignments for SWAT team in both daily like project or presales supports required and strategic activities such as R&D, self-study, contributing to common company technical enhancement and development activities.
- Review and be responsible for the quality outputs of SWAT team, not limited to the technical artifacts of presales, technical check-ups, SAD reviews, or project supports, but also the overall ability of each SWAT team.
- Plan, provide and review proactively the technical supports such as technical proposals, effort estimations, NFRs selection, technical check-up, SAD review, or perform technical evaluation for delivery projects properly to make sure the technical governance of relevant location being covered effectively.
- Can interface with clients as SME for some specific technical areas to handle the technical discussions / technical capability presentations as part of client hosting or technical supports.
- Contribute to developing and enhancing the full SDLC process of outsourcing / offshore projects including but not limited to architecture, design, coding, client consulting and solution implementation.
- Proactively propose and contribute to the technical guidelines / templates continuous enhancement for company.
- To self-train on new technologies and take pioneer role for new technology development for company.

Your skills and experience
- Expert in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework Core and SQL Server
- Strong knowledge of programming patterns and principles e.g Seperation of Concern, Repository Pattern, UnitOfWork, DRY, SOLID etc
- Experienced in designing and implementing scalable, cloud-native, and full-stack applications
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing e.g. Azure, AWS
- Strong knowledge of security and performance optimization
- Strong technical leadership & communication in English
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and tools to streamline development, deployment, and operations
- Good knowledge of front-end development, experienced at least one JavaScript front-end framework e.g. Angular, React, Vue
- Solid understanding of additional technology stacks and practical exposure to augmented AI tools
- Good business acumen in vertical domains
