Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level or Senior PHP Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in driving project success and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your leadership and expertise will help shape our development practices and contribute to the growth of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable backend systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimize and maintain existing systems to ensure peak performance and reliability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the team.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and efficient workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Your skills and experience

• A Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a well-known university.
• At least 5 years (for senior level) or 3 years (for mid-level role) of experience in as software developer.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to conduct video calls with clients.
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer with strong proficiency in PHP programming language.
• Extensive experience with the Laravel framework and its ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture design and best practices.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
