We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Mobile) who has strong experience with React Native to be in charge of architecting and building performance mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be, as well, collaborating with teams on other layers of the product infrastructure. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms 
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms 
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native 
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes as React Native moves fast and often breaks things 
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality 

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of work experience as a React Native Engineer 
• Familiarity with native Android/iOS development (Java/Kotlin and Objective-C/Swift) 
• Firm grasp of the TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax 
• Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest 
• Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming 
• Ability to write well-documented, clean TypeScript code 
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts 
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools Git 
• Good spoken and written English 
• Strong team player with a commitment to perfection
