Role Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Front End Developer to join our team and create user-friendly and responsive web interfaces for BioTuring's bioinformatics platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers.
• Architect, design, and implement high-performance, user-friendly frontend for multiple data intensive applications, one of them is similar to Google Earth-like product - but for exploring the biological universe.
• Maintain and enhance the current frontend codebase using modern frameworks and tools.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and reusable frontend libraries.
• Collaborate with Back-end developers to come up with solutions with speed and scalability.

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Front end developer or relevant positions.
• Strong UX design sense.
• Previous experience in a lead role.
• Experience in web application performance tuning, React/Redux applications.
• Experience with geospatial visualizations and interactive maps for large data using libraries such as WebGL, Three.js, WebGPU.
• Previous experience in a startup or agile development environment.
