Job description

We are looking for Senior Java developer to work in a professional and cross-functional team for payment gateway services. 

​Responsibilities: 

• Be involved in the full development lifecycle of a software system
• Participate in the logical and physical design of the product and understand the business requirements
• Mentor and guide the more junior team members
• Solve complex technical problems
• Review and enforce the quality of the code written
• Analyze existing code base and design pragmatic amendments
• Contribute to delivering new products to the market by meeting customer's requirements and product development programs
• Be an integral part of a Scrum team and contribute to Agile processes

Your skills and experience

• At least 7 years of experience in Java Development
• Expert knowledge and experience in Java Core
• Experience with Java-based frameworks (Spring or others)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), including working experience with Git/GitFlow, Pull Requests and Code Reviews
• Good knowledge in building secured restful APIs
• Experience designing and building reusable quality code
• Experience using Docker
• Good understanding and experience with writing integration and unit testing
• Experience with AWS will be considered plus
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Fluent English - written and spoken
• Understanding of distributed systems and related concepts
