Job description

• Define testing plan, write, execute and maintain test cases.
• Set up automation test and know how to use popular automation testing tools
• Estimate and perform testing following test plans. Align and report testing status with development on a daily basis.
• Analyze the results of testing, submit defect reports, and lead the triage of defect reports to ensure that they are properly prioritized and assigned.
• Implement and maintain the testing process to ensure both the development team and engineer team stays on the same page and issues are solved efficiently.
• Follow up on requests from the development team.
• Ensure effective internal and external communication. Proactively implement initiatives to enhance test processes and foster collaboration between internal and external QA teams.
• Analyze and clarify internal/ external client’s requirements;
• Analyze and provide models and solutions based on collected requirements;
• Advice from a professional perspective based on analysis and research.
• Communicate the content, support project members, and manage the project to meet business’s expectation;
• Documentation of the system manuals.
• Organize instruction, support for users to use the product and troubleshoot when problems occur.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

• Experienced in tech product development and QA Processes
• Automation testing

• Testing and Mobile platforms. Software & Hardware knowledge
• Essential App Features: iOS & Android
• Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Test tools

***Skill:

• 1-3 years of testing experience for enterprises system of global market
• Automation testing skills
• Reporting and synthesis
• Identify Test case scenarios
• Write Test cases and Checklists
• Problem-solving & troubleshooting
• Bug report and isolate. Bug follow up
• Log tracing, SQL scripts
• Communication & Teamwork
• API testing skills

***Ability:

• Working with Work Management Tool: Jira, Zephyr Scale, Firebase, or Notion
• Analyzing & Creating Test cases
