Job description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced QA Tester with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in English. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Execution:

• Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the quality of software products.

Defect Tracking:

• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely fixes.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the software meets the required standards and guidelines.
• Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

Communication:

• Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on product quality.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and trends.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the QA process.

Your skills and experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
