Job description

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Project Manager (PM) and Team Leader (TL) to arrange resources for better work needs based on priorities and importance.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the QA team, ensuring clear communication of objectives and expectations.
• Fully understand the documents, requirements, and specs.
• Estimate an accurate test plan based on the requirements, time, and available resource.
• Ensure the testing environment is fully ready and testing materials are well prepared before assigning to QA Engineer (QAE).
• Work closely with PM/TL to arrange rational resource based on workload and priorities.
• Follow up on QAE execution progress and status to ensure the test results’ quality.
• Work closely with other Engineers to quickly toggle the issue occurring during the test.
• Cooperate with the PM/TL to give timely feedback for any issue that affects testing progress/result.
• Prioritize, scope, and escalate issues appropriately and establish the best method of resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicating risks, defects, and coverage status.
• Responsible for QAE’s quality in order to deliver a flawless/ bug-free product.

Your skills and experience

Specific Requirement:

• 3 or more years of professional QA Team Lead experience
• Good English fluency and communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in testing tools (JIRA) and bug tracking systems.
• Experience in Loading Testing (JMeter / k6 / LoadRunner,..)
• Experience with unit testing scripts (JEST/Mocha/Playwright/Jasmine …)
• Experience leading teams of QAE on a variety of interrelated applications (webs and mobiles) deployed on various technologies such as Web Application, Android, iOS.
