Job description

Persona Studios is looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer to join our team in HCMC. 

This role offers a unique chance to gain practical experience in a startup environment, expand your skills, and make a significant impact on the development of an exciting AI product.

Your skills and experience

General Qualifications

• Confident in both spoken and written English
• At least 2 years of QA experience, handling complex testing issues and tasks
• BSc or equivalent in Computer Science/IT or related field preferred

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit)
• Proficiency in writing and executing test plans and test cases
• Experience with backend testing (APIs, databases) and frontend testing (UI/UX)
• Experience with regression testing and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies.

Technical Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Exposure to AI/ML testing
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Postgres, MySQL, etc.) Soft Skills

• Passion for technology and a strong desire to work in the AI industry
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
