Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed product documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features and solutions.
• Validate features with stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Take ownership of smaller features or lead specific tasks.
• Support managers in data collection and management.
• Support customers and provide assistance.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Your skills and experience

• A bachelor's degree in any field
• Freshies are welcome. Experience is not required, however the candidate is expected to:
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills for clear, concise collaboration.
• Have a customer-focused mindset to ensure products meet market needs.
