Product Designer - UI/UX Designer

Job description

Role Overview 

As our UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our platform delivers not only visually stunning interfaces but also seamless and intuitive user journeys. You will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces across web and mobile platforms, maintaining a scalable design system, and delivering a consistent user experience. 

You’ll also take ownership of the user experience strategy, ensuring that every interaction is optimized to delight and engage players. 

Responsibilities 

User Interface Design 

• Create intuitive, responsive, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. 
• Develop a consistent design language and component system to ensure scalability and maintain a cohesive user experience. 
• Deliver detailed mockups, prototypes, and design specifications for development teams. 

User Experience (UX) 

• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to enhance user flows and interactions. 
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and improve platform accessibility. 
• Map out user journeys and wireframes that simplify complex processes and deliver intuitive player experiences. 

Design System Management 

• Organize and maintain the Figma workspace, ensuring efficient collaboration across design and development teams. 
• Build and manage a reusable library of components to streamline design processes and enhance consistency. 

Collaboration and Feedback 

• Work closely with product manager, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with product vision and user needs. 
• Incorporate feedback from internal teams, stakeholders, and user research into iterative design improvements. 

Your skills and experience

Requirements 

Core Competencies 

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for web-based or mobile applications. 
• Strong expertise in Figma, PTS, Balsamiq or other UI design tools, including structuring scalable projects and managing design systems. 
• Solid understanding of UX best practices, user-centered design principles, and responsive design. 
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency across devices. 

Soft Skills 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. 

Nice-to-Have Skills 

• Familiarity with gaming platforms or card-based game mechanics. 
• Experience working in an Agile or startup environment. 
• Conversational English
