Power Platform/App Dev (Business Application, Data, AI)

Job description

• Design and Development:
  • Design, build, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate. Power BI is a plus. 
  • Develop intuitive user interfaces and deliver seamless user experiences. 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for custom connectors and back-end integrations. 
• Solution Architecture: 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design scalable application solutions, incorporating best practices for security and performance.
• Automation and Integration:
  • Implement process automation using Power Automate and other automation tools.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, including SharePoint,Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party services.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications function as intended and meet business objectives.
  • Perform debugging and optimization as necessary.
• Documentation and Support:
  • Create comprehensive technical and user documentation. Provide post-deployment support and handle user queries and issue resolution.

Your skills and experience

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in developing Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power
• Automate workflows. Power BI dashboards is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service), SharePoint, or SQL databases.
• Proficiency in coding languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#) for building custom functionalities and connectors.
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, REST services, and Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience with Power BI is a good plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Basic business analyst and logic mindset to analyse requirements and design practical solutions.
• Good command of English is a prerequisite. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate or
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker are preferred
• Priority is power platform for now esp power app, power automate
• Have acknowdge in Microsoft copilot studio is an advantage
