Job description
- Provide functional support for Oracle HR and Finance modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Oracle applications to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions or enhancements.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Participate in testing and implementation of system updates, patches, and new releases.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their proficiency with Oracle applications.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving Oracle applications, ensuring HR and Finance module alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in sensitive HR and Finance data management.
- Provide post-implementation support for any module enhancements or new functionality rollouts.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HR and Finance modules, with hands-on experience in configuration and support. In particular:
- Core HR: access rights (user roles and area of responsibilities), approval workflow configuration, legal entity/job/location/department objects management.
- Absence: absence plans and types configuration, including fast formulas.
- Recruitment: job requisitions, automatic notification email, contract generation and career site management.
- Learn: overall module configuration
- Compensation: compensation review cycle and configuration (models, worksheet configuration, external data)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Oracle reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certification in Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle HCM) is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Experience on job board integration with eQuest is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management, is a plus
