Middle Mobile Engineer (Flutter/ iOS/ Android)

Job description

• Design, develop, test, maintain, and deploy mobile apps using the Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Create clean and maintainable code.
• Collaborate on architecture discussions with the team.
• Provide training for junior and middle software engineers.
• Deliver outputs with expected quality and speed to maximize service value.

Your skills and experience

• Over 2 years of experience developing mobile apps natively for iOS and/or Android.
• More than 2 years of commercial experience developing and delivering apps using Flutter.
• Strong understanding of state management, Flutter flavors, and app architecture.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests to enhance software quality.
• Experience with code review processes.
• Experience in team development using Git.
• Experience publishing mobile apps on Google Play or the App Store.

Must-Have:

• Proficiency in Android and iOS development.
• Experience building mobile apps from scratch using Flutter.
• Strong skills in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Solid understanding of the entire mobile development lifecycle.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Strong teamwork abilities.
• Developed at least two Android and/or iOS apps using Flutter.

Nice-To-Have:

• Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, etc.
• Knowledge of clean code and readable code practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, capable of delving into complex code and infrastructures to identify root causes.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, able to engage with business and technical stakeholders as well as external customers.
• Shipped one or more apps to the Store.
• Experience training junior and middle software engineers.
