Job description

Minswap is the No.1 decentralized exchange (DEX) on Cardano blockchain. We are a young team of 20 people with an office in Hanoi. After our mainnet launch since March 2022, we have continued to grow quickly and achieved:

● $2.78B+ volume in 2024 (Dominance: 65.98%)

● Top 19 DEX by TVL on all chains
● Top 30 DEX by weekly volume on all chains
We have launched Minswap V2 in 2024 and even more exciting features after that. Thus we are looking for an experienced Middle Frontend to join our team.

Responsibilities
● Work together with our product team and designer to deliver a smooth and easy-to-use front-end interface.
● Further optimize the front-end for performance, compatibility, accessibility and responsiveness.
● Write maintainable and clean code, review code of other team members.
 

Your skills and experience

Experience:
● 3+ years of professional experience building web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks, with a strong emphasis on React.js.
● Experience working in finance products or blockchain products is a plus. 
 

Technical skills:
● Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ syntax and features.
● Proficiency in TypeScript, with a focus on type safety and code maintainability.
● Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR) techniques.
● Proven ability to optimize web applications for performance and accessibility.
● Strong understanding of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
● Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
● Familiarity with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Parcel, Rollup).
● Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency concepts.
● Familiarity with blockchain development libraries.
● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Soft skills:
● Good at problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Ability to communicate and work in English.

Education: 
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
