Job description
- Obtain Physicians KPI Performance Program that tracks and reports Quality and Productivity KPI’s to measure individual doctor performance.
- Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources, including medical histories, electronic health record…
- Ensures validity and accuracy of the data
- Selects and implements KPI software in consultation with IT
- Develop and implement statistical analysis plans to tackle project objectives
- Provide clinical insight from the analysis of medical claims data
- Generate reports for end users to support evidence – based decision making
- Prepare user friendly reports for individual doctors, departments and FV Group
- Coordinate performance data reporting activities across medical departments and committees department.
- Liaison with Peer Review Committee and Quality division for preparing, certifying and distributing KPI reports on doctor performance.
- Directly involve in developing data collection instruments, task may include creating survey questionnaires, interviewing doctor and patient.
- Assist the medical board and HOD’s to provide data driven performance feedback to doctors.
- Conducting research related to performance measurement and reporting to establish best practices and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Support to the medical direction board and HOD’s to furnish timely data for Performance Appraisals.
- Collaborate with data managers to create a study database and help address data related concerns.
- Establish the coding system for medical usage
- Conducting Special Projects assigned by the medical information unit manager.
Your skills and experience
1. Qualification:
2. Experience: At least 2 years’ experience as Market research
3. Skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of KPI software
- Strong network with internal and external organizations
- Ability to work successfully with a diverse group of people
- Familiar with Excel and other Microsoft office.
- Ability to work under pressure and in an environment of a multi-national culture
- Mastery of effective written and oral communication skills influence people
- Strong presentation skills
4. Foreign language(s): Fluent in English and Vietnamese
