Job description

You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining Greenskies’ proprietary enterprise application portfolio, ensuring they are performant, user-friendly, and meet the needs of our user base. You must have hands-on full-stack software development experience including developing, deploying, and testing web applications. You will be responsible for managing Greenskies’ issue list and tracker. The ideal candidate will work to improve business processes by optimizing web application performance. You will be a member of a three-person development team that is part of the Information Technology (IT) organization in Greenskies. Your primary contact at Greenskies will be a full stack software engineer/ architect that will aid in prioritization, design reviews and user acceptance testing. Responsibilities:

• Collaborative work using branching, merging, and pull requests
• Ensuring consistent user experiences across different browsers
• Design and implement user interfaces using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes in code
• Implement client-side functionality to enhance user experience
• Function in an Agile software development team and participate in the Scrum ceremonies to plan, develop and review software deliverables

Your skills and experience

• BA/BS in computer science, information systems, or related field
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Time zones overlap until at least 12 PM EST is preferred
• Hands on expertise in ABAP Cloud, CDS, Odata, Gateway, RESTful ABAP Programming Language, IDOC, Adobe Forms/Fragmented Forms, ABAP OO, BOPF, Workflows, Forms, ATC
• Scope, requirement management and development experience in S/4HANA WRICEF Implementation, S/4HANA conversions & custom code remediation
• SAP S/4HANA implementation project experience from the Prepare/Explore phase till Run phase (SAP Activate methodology)
• Conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills
• Very well demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines; effective communication with senior management, clients, peers, and team members.
• Deep understanding of BTP architecture, BTP services and tools (BAS, BTP Cockpit,
  etc.)
• Knowledge on open standards like Cloud Foundry
• Experience with SAPUI5 and/or HTML5 or other Front-end Web Application development frameworks and Full Stack Web IDE
