Baller Headwear is a caps manufacturer servicing foreign brands. As we expand our digital transformation, we are looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant to lead and support the deployment of our ERP system. This position is a great opportunity for professionals passionate about optimizing business processes through technology.

WHAT WILL YOU BE INVOLVED IN

• Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring smooth integration with business operations.
• Analyze business processes and gather requirements to customize ERP solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy ERP modules according to business needs.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective system adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Continuously optimize the ERP system to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP processes and configurations.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation or business process consulting.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance modules is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, data migration, and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and training abilities to work with both technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

WORKING TIME

• Monday to Saturday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
