Responsibilities
• Responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable solutions for collecting and analyzing large datasets in the cloud. Construct a multi-tenant data, analytics, and reporting solution in AWS/Azure using Snowflake and MicroStrategy products that leverage and extend Data Platform patterns and capabilities.

The program includes:
• Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Reporting, Data share, workflow, and operations
• Data Architect (data models/schemas)
• Provide data architecture direction.
• Develop and manage streaming data pipelines at enterprise scale.
• Design, modify, and maintain system-level conceptual, logical, and physical transactional data models based on requirements.
• Build expertise on the data. Own data quality for various data flows.
• Provide technical support for query optimization.
• Produce data analysis on databases, and champion enterprise data policies and procedures.
• Provide technical knowledge on data architecture-related trends, issues, and tools.
• Create and maintain strong business relationships to influence best data practices.
• Mentor to team members.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology …
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Data engineer/Data Architect.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in Java and Pyspark are mandatory
• Good English communication
• Working experience in a cloud-native environment, experience on AWS/Azure is preferred
• Experience and knowledge of Big Data Architectures, cloud and on-premise.
• Experience in building an enterprise data warehouse using Snowflake
• Proven experience in SQL, Python, shell scripting
• Working experience with Apache Spark
• Experience in building and delivering proofs-of-concept, to address specific business needs, using the most appropriate techniques, data sources, and technologies
• Prior experience in software development and coding is mandatory
• Ability to develop high-level product specifications with attention to integration and feasibility
• Ability to understand an existing product and propose new architectural solutions to improve the scalability and performance
• Working experience in migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud environment
