Data Analyst

Job description

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify requirements for dashboards and reports.
• Communicate effectively with Beyondsoft’ s offshore team in Shanghai, China to report the progress and status of the projects.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to track traffic and other business metrics on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Analyze data and extract insights to help business team make better strategic decisions.
• Troubleshoot report refresh failures and apply timely remediation.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field. 
• 2 years+ experiences of work related to data analysis.
• Familiar with database, especially Sqlsever,skilled in SQL programming.
• Strong experience with PowerBI,skills in other visualization tools（like Tableau）are acceptable.
• Fluent English, able to work and communicate with China or US team.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to speak Mandarin will added advantage.
