Job description

We are looking for a great and proficient C++ developer. You will be one of the key contributors to our organization and develop high-quality system solutions following well-known workflows and best practices. Being our developer, you will focus on:

• Develop C++ based systems or frameworks with high performance and reliability.
• Maintain and improve existing systems and infrastructure, and add new features.
• Develop Python-based systems or frameworks.
• Experimenting and exploring new technologies for applications.
• Develop utility tools that can further automate the software development, testing, and deployment workflow. 
• Delivery tasks assigned by supervisors with good quality on time.
• Provide technical support, including diagnosing the root causes of technical problems and proposing solutions.

Your skills and experience

Must-have experience:

• At least 1 year of experience as a software developer, or fresh graduates with demonstrated potential fit.
• Possess core technical skills in C/C++ and Linux/UNIX.
• Skilled in Algorithms & Data structures.
• Proficient English language skills, especially verbal communication.
• Dedication, self-discipline, and strong work ethic.
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills within a team environment.

Nice-to-have experience:

• Familiarity with Python.
• Knowledge/experience in database administration/programming.
• Understanding of generic programming and algorithms (STL/boost).
• Experience working with financial market data.
