Job description
Business Analyst (CT Team)
Currently, we are focusing on responsive, single-page real-time web applications and cross-platform mobile apps. Using the best practices of agile project methodologies such as pair programming and sprint run management, we are committing to continuously deliver the highest quality products in short iterations.

Responsibilities
As a you are responsible for:
- Look at the big picture and provide insights to let technology solutions be aligned with the overall enterprise architecture
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications.
- Manage the requirements throughout the product development cycle.
- Creatively propose solutions that can help customer successful.
- Define and clarify business requirements then perform further analysis to define detailed requirements.
- Consult idea and write instructional documents for development team.
- Follow development progress, support clarifies requirements to development team and facilities to help deliver products successfully.
- Assist in quality assurance, provide significant contributions in the testing and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software.
- Document business and system requirements clearly, comprehensively and make ensure everyone can easily understand.
- Work with technical team to design an optimal solution.
- Support create training materials and documentation for company’s platform’s users and train new end users on the applications.
- Willing to manage a team’s development cycle (sprints) to keep progress on track.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of IT and System Analyst experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to explain technical subject in a high abstraction level so that business users could understand it well.
- Mobile experience is a MUST
- Product mindset is preferred
- Strong analysis, logical thinking & researching skills.
- Attitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies.
- Experience in full lifecycle & application lifecycle.
- Comfort with working across multiple streams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
- High leadership mindset is required to manage development cycle following sprints Master experience is a plus.
