Job description

1.  Requirements Gathering and Analysis: 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and validate assumptions.
• Research and define user needs.
• Analyze and propose solutions to address users’ pain points

1. Documentation and Specification:

• Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and business process diagrams.
• Define clear and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Develop process maps and use cases to visualize workflows.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Provide clarifications, guidance, and address questions to maintain smooth project progress.

1.  Reporting and Presentation:

• Prepare reports and present insights to management and other stakeholders.

1. Others:

• Assist in project management tasks, including tracking project progress and ensuring timelines are met.

Your skills and experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role; 
• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills; 
• The ability to learn and adapt to new domains quickly; 
• Effective communication and negotiation skills; 
• High proficiency in English, both spoken and written; 
• Experience working with logistics or supply chain management is a must;
• Experience & knowledge in Loyalty, Retail, Omni-channel is a huge plus; 
• Understanding of Agile and experience working in Agile-driven environments; 
• Adaptable, fast learner and proactive;
