Business Analyst

Job description

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and UI/UX designers to analyze requirements, define business needs, and optimize processes. Your role is crucial in ensuring our products align with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation (process flows, user stories, functional specifications).
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that product implementations match business expectations.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement discussions to align expectations.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate features before release.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Your skills and experience

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related role.
• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) and using product management tools (Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.).
• Ability to manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying data and generating insights is a plus.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for working with international clients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies.
• Ability to visualize requirements through diagrams (process flows, wireframes, use case diagrams).
• Strong stakeholder management skills to align business objectives.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
