Business Analyst (Chinese both verbal and write)

- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients and Chinese stakeholders to gather, analyze, and Chinese document business needs, objectives, and challenges.

- Documentation: Create and manage documentation (e.g., SRS, BRD, Use Case, and Flow Diagrams) while ensuring clear communication with technical teams and Chinese stakeholders.

- Solution Recommendation: Propose process improvements, evaluate solutions, and collaborate with development teams to meet business requirements.

- Testing & Validation: Support UAT, ensure deliverables align with requirements, and assist end-users during system acceptance.

- Implementation Support: Facilitate system deployment, provide end-user training, and gather feedback for improvements.

- Project Management: Contribute to managing timelines, resources, and deliverables while preparing Chinese reports and updates for stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.

- Proven experience in analyzing and documenting requirements.

- Strong knowledge of business models and workflows.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to work with various stakeholders.

- Proficiency in tools like Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA, or equivalent.

- Proficiency in Chinese (both spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

- Chinese reading and writing skills are also necessary for internal documentation.

- Experience in IT, finance, or related industries.

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
