About the Role

We’re looking for a Web3 Engineer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll focus primarily on building cutting-edge decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts while also supporting traditional web development efforts. If you thrive in the blockchain ecosystem and love designing secure, scalable systems, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) from concept to launch.
• Create, deploy, and interact with smart contracts on various blockchain networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 functionalities with existing systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging blockchain trends, tools, and best practices.
• Optimize dApp performance and security to meet evolving user demands.
• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient code for backend and frontend systems.
• Assist with code reviews, testing, and quality assurance.
• Work alongside DevOps to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of web services.

Your skills and experience

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in development with a strong emphasis on Web3 technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in smart contract development, deployment, and interaction on blockchain networks.
• Solid understanding of decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3 protocols.
• Deep expertise in Ethereum, Solidity, or other smart contract languages.
• Experience with frontend development using frameworks like React.js.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and RESTful API design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Currently living in HCMC and able to commute to office in District 1

Bonus Points For

• Proficiency with TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Node.js, with experience in frameworks such as Next.js.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and real-time technologies such as WebSockets.
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Active contributions to open source projects or tech communities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira.
• Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
• Experience with performance monitoring and analytics tools.
• Passion for enhancing user experience and accessibility across platforms.
