Back-end Developer (.Net, C#, SQL)

Job description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high - quality software solutions.
• Implement data storage solutions using SQL Server and Entity Framework.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability of the backend services.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Work on CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes using DevOps practices and tools.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Write clean, scalable code and API documentation as needed.
• Ensure security and data protection protocols are implemented.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficient in .NET Core and C# programming language.
• Solid experience with SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate with front- end developers.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and implementation.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
