Công ty không khuyến khích OT. Dự án OT thì trả fair.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công ty size nhỏ, tài chỉnh không mạnh, dự án đóng thì khó extend hợp đồng.
Cơ sở vật chất tốt, môi trường năng động, thân thiện, mọi người hòa đồng
