Chế độ phúc lợi tốt, thu nhập cao

What I liked:

Phúc lợi tốt, thu nhập cao, thương hiệu lớn. VCB là ngân hàng được ưa chuộng đối với ai có niềm yêu thích với ngân hàng
Chưa có chính sách hay chế độ dành cho OT, ai nhiều việc cứ làm, ai ít việc thì về

Suggestions for improvement:

OT khá nhiều, cần có chính sách hỗ trợ OT
Còn lại không có gì để chê

What I liked

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.

Suggestions for improvement

Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
