Môi trường làm việc thân thiện, nhiều người trẻ, các chế độ về câu lạc bộ, phát triển năng lực đầy đủ.
Chế độ overtime đầy đủ, với mức x tùy theo OT cuối ngày, cuối tuần hay ngày lễ.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nếu có thể tăng rank lương thì tốt, có thể thu hút người giỏi + giữ chân người tốt
