What I liked:
Công ty Nhật chế độ phúc lợi tốt, lương theo phụ cấp, N3 hơn 1tr, N2 hơn 2tr, N1 hơn 3tr. Việc chia theo ca, có cả ca tối vì là chăm sóc khách hàng. Thời gian làm sớm (7:00-16:00), Leader tầng 17 toàn đội trẻ vì vào ra liên tục. Phải cho điện thoại vào tủ locker vì security. Làm việc sẽ phải làm qua VDI lag luôn nhé =))
OT có trả lương đầy đủ theo luật. Không có gì phàn nàn về chế độ OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Hiện chất lượng nhân sự ở nhóm yêu cầu N3 chưa đạt kỳ vọng. Đề xuất tối ưu thêm tiêu chí và quy trình tuyển chọn để nâng cao chất lượng đầu vào.
