What I liked:
Lương ổn, cũng có nhiều hoạt động team building, party, ăn uống du lịch company các kiểu, điều này thì cũng tương tự như các công ty nước ngoài khác.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhân sự chưa chuyên nghiệp, hay làm sai/thiếu giấy tờ. Chưa đảm bảo được quyền lợi của người lao động, sợ ôm việc vào người.
Các leader thì khá áp đặt, bảo thủ, ngoài mặt thì chủ trương công ty khuyến khích các bạn đóng góp để phát triển abcd xyz nhưng có ai đóng góp thì lập tức gạt phăng ý kiến hoặc là sẽ có 1 ngàn lí do để nói rằng ý kiến của bạn là sai. Nói chung làm lâu sẽ thui chột sự sáng tạo.
Leader cần cởi mở hơn để tiếp nhận ý kiến từ mọi người, tránh việc bảo thủ và bảo vệ quyền lợi của công ty quá mà gạt phăng sự đóng góp.
Phải viết đơn giải thích lí do lằng nhằng các kiểu mới được phép OT nhận lương
Rất phù hợp dành cho các bạn thực tập + mới ra trường
