-Learning on the go
-Snacks and drinks always available
-Young and energetic team
-Opportunity to expand scopes and growth
everything looks good so far, no comment on OT policy
Suggestions for improvement:
Company should packed with more team building activities, attractive incentives/or bonus for project team
Good working environment & compensation, hands-off management, but no OT pay
