Tagrem has offices in USA, Canada, India and Vietnam, provide the solution for mid-size companies in US to operate their E-commerce, Content publishing (CMS), Customer managenent (CRM) and Email Marketing.
Our clients need fully integrated system where CMS publishes rich content, beautiiful designs, together with e-commerce features. Multi-promotions, various ways to display products, flexible payment options,... CRM staffs knows items in customer's cart and even helps to finalize the order. Beside customer support, CRM works with eCommerce to do telephone sales or produce sale reports (customized) for board of directors. Email Marketing work with CMS to track all actions on site, create lists and perform marketing campaigns.
Our Vietnam team create the Indition platform with those features that non of stand-alone solution such as Mageto, MailChimp, SugarCRM,... can deliver.

What’s the coolest thing about your job?
Tuning my developer mind to meet software engineering standards and customer deadline. A short term, messy API won't fit into our platform for different customers but a clean API with more configurable parameters will fail our customer. Finding solution to solve short term problems but extendable for long term use makes daily job excited always.
