What I liked:
Công ty phúc lợi tốt, ưu điểm lớn nhất là môi trường làm việc, đồng nghiệp hòa đồng hỗ trợ nhau rất tốt, leader gần gủi. Tuy nhiên career path không rõ ràng, công nghệ cũ, do workload cao nên không có nhiều cơ hội áp dụng cái mới. Công việc lan man lặp đi lặp lại phù hợp với những người đã có tay nghề để làm việc lâu dài nhưng không phù hợp với Fresher bước đầu muốn phát triển kỹ năng cơ bản.
Do plan không rõ ràng nên OT thường rất gấp và ép task
Suggestions for improvement:
Process phát triển phần mềm quá rối và không rõ ràng, bộ phận research logic cực kém dẫn đến lan man kéo dài dự án 1 cách không cần thiết. Lương fresher/junior thấp so với mặt bằng chung.
