What I liked:
- Nhiều chính sách phúc lợi tốt như Sioux Care ( 15 -> 30tr)/1 năm để phát triển bản thân , work life balance, flexible trong thời gian làm việc, khám sức khỏe định kì cho nhân viên và gia đình.
- Cấu trúc phẳng. Công ty k có sếp, ai cũng phải là sếp của chính mình
- Chưa có điểm nào để chê về thái độ tiêu cực của các đồng nghiệp. Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, hòa đồng
- Quan sát sự phát triển của nhân viên rất tỉ mỉ. Hằng năm, luôn có nhiều đợt để review performance và đưa ra những lộ trình phát triển cho nhân viên
- Hoạt động thể thao công ty đầy đủ: bowling, đá póng, pes. Đặc biệt, nhiều anh nhân viên đá PES cực kì hay
Công ty quan trọng chất lượng sản phẩm nên hạn chế OT
Suggestions for improvement:
- 1 tay cầm đá PES bị hư. Nhiều lúc đá PES cảm giác khó chịu
