What I liked:
1. Xung quanh rất nhiều chỗ đậu xe ô tô miễn phí.
2. Văn hóa chú trọng hiệu quả công việc, nên có chế độ Flexible Time, làm hiệu quả công việc trong 8 tiếng, bạn có thể xin sếp Flexible Time.
3. Công ty nhiều người hài hước, vui vẻ, đồng đội hỗ trợ support rất nhiệt tình.
4. Sếp tổng bên Ba Lan là man of big picture ở giới IT Ba Lan, có tâm, có tầm.
5. Khu giải trí: PES, bi lắc, party cuối tuần
Công ty ít phải OT. OT theo thời gian sẽ được nghỉ phép
Suggestions for improvement:
1. Nhà vệ sinh cùng tầng hơi bé, quạt thông gió bên vệ sinh nam gặp vấn đề
2. Muốn làm vào thứ 7, thì phải liên hệ trước với chú bảo vệ, nếu không sẽ khó lên làm việc
3. Tối làm về muộn, thì phải báo trước với chú bảo vệ
4. Văn phòng tuy đẹp nhưng chưa có điều hòa 2 chiều, nên mùa đông văn phòng hơi bí. Nên lắp điều hòa 2 chiều
Nhiều dự án hay, Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, thân thiện.
