What I liked:
- Học hỏi được nhiều thứ đối với sinh viên vừa ra trường
- AE cũng thân thiện và cởi mở chỉ bảo
- Môi trường trẻ và năng động
Chế độ OT hầu như không có. AE làm sản phẩm thì hay phải OT để golive sản phẩm tuy nhiên không có tiền OT hoặc phúc lợi gì về vấn đề này.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Trong 2 năm mình làm tại đây thì điều cần cải thiện là các sếp rất thích hứa về việc tăng lương và phúc lợi cho ae tuy nhiên vẫn chưa thấy hành động cụ thể nào.
- Cty hầu hết tuyển sinh viên thực tập mới ra trường nên lương và phúc lợi thấp nên cần cải thiện.
