What I liked:
The location is conveniently near my house. The working hours are flexible, depending on the project demands. Additionally, team dinner every month - which is great.
Good overall. I have no additional comments, as I only work overtime occasionally.
Suggestions for improvement:
There hasn't been any improvement at all. The environment is great, the team is friendly, and I feel appreciated and motivated (not as my previous companies).
