Công ty khá ok cho những ai có ý định nghỉ hưu hoặc lâu dài

What I liked:
- Gần như 100% remote nhưng có văn phòng và free đầy đủ từ snack -> cà phê. Thích thì lên công ty không thích thì ở nhà, miễn xong task và log time là được không ai quan tâm làm gì trong ngày.
- Lương ổn so với mặt bằng chung và vẫn có review định kỳ
- Làm việc gần như 100% với người nước ngoài, thoải mái giao tiếp.
Thường thì không OT và nếu có OT sẽ được bù lại ngày phép chứ sẽ không có lương OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Không có company trip nhưng khoảng lâu lâu sẽ có họp mặt thoải mái vui chơi (không lo chi phí vì mấy sếp lớn lo)
- Technical Document rất ít chi tiết, làm framework riêng nên sẽ hơi khó khăn vì google sẽ không có
- Hơi buồn vì văn phòng rất trống trải -> đa phần mọi người chọn ở nhà remote full nên đôi lúc cảm giác lên văn phòng như có phòng làm việc riêng (chưa biết cái này tốt hay xấu)
