What I liked:
Thành viên trong team thân thiện. Lead có trình độ cao. CEO cởi mở và hay hỏi thăm tiến độ, khó khăn. Team có màn hình ngoài để thành viên xài. Sử dụng sản phẩm công ty cho các nghiệp vụ nội bộ. Có các bài kiểm tra đầu vào. Thưởng vào các dịp Lễ, Tết.
Có chính sách hỗ trợ nhân viên khi OT. OT có process để báo cáo, theo dõi.
Suggestions for improvement:
Processes nhiều chỗ lộn xộn và phức tạp. Vài document chưa rõ hoặc thiếu. Các team ít giao tiếp với nhau. Văn phòng hơi chật. Career path chưa rõ ràng. Thiếu các khóa training kỹ năng.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
