What I liked:
Quản lý trên hiệu suất công việc, không khắc khe thời gian.
Thích hợp cho người có gia đình, có thể vào trễ hoặc về sớm, miễn sao đúng tiến độ công việc.
ít OT, Có trả lương cho nv nếu có OT ngoài giờ.
Đa số dự án Nhật thì OT, nhưng không nhiều.
Suggestions for improvement:
Cần thêm hoạt động thể thao cho nhân viên để cải thiện sức khỏe.
Mọi thứ ở đây rất "bình thường"
